Our food is modern Australian, led by Victorian produce and shaped by South American and
European technique. Head Chef Matt Kennedy lets the season and the produce do the talking, with generous dishes built for sharing.
Expect food that is fresh, considered and full of flavour – from the open kitchen to the table, with plenty worth chatting about.
-
Our entire food and drinks menu is designed to be naturally gluten free, using cooking techniques and ingredients that let the food do the work. We take gluten-free dining seriously, but it’s not the headline – the headline is a really good meal for everyone
-
We’ll always do our best to look after dietary requirements. Please include them in your booking and speak with the team when you arrive so the kitchen can guide you through what works best on the day.
-
Our menu is built around generous, shareable dishes. Our dining experience is served in courses starting with snacks, into smalls then larges and steaks, of course finishing with dessert. Depending on the occasion and the event, we may offer à la carte dining, group menus or set menus.
-
You don’t have to. All our menu options are just as delicious for individual meals. The menu is designed with sharing in mind, so bringing a few things to the table is a good way to try more of what the kitchen is doing. Come hungry, bring your favourite people and let the table fill up at its own pace.
